Over the last several months, and more intensively over the last three, I’ve been receiving some serious training in the new and exciting field of AI and all it offers to assist businesses with their online business activities.

The fact is, it goes a lot deeper than even that. Now we’re talking “bots”… tireless workers who can remove the strain of day to day drudgery from your business. Whether it’s answering questions about your products, handling support matters or making appointments… you can now have your own little army of automated response “bots” that cost pennies per day to run.

This isn’t the old database of pre-prepared answers triggered by keywords in a form. No, we’re talking bots with character, personality, and an ability to act quite human when it comes to offering assistance to queries from site visitors.
