If you haven’t logged into your backroom at COOLCOM for some time, or have even lost your access info, you are going to miss out on a lot of the incredible help and free business building tools and instruction coming your way.

There is a link on the login page in the Client Centre that will help you with retrieving your username and resetting your password.

If your current contact email is not the best one for you, or your username is awkward (some old email address or past staff name) and you’d prefer to have that updated, I’m going to make this as simple as possible…

Just Reply To this email and we’ll help you with getting that updated.

One more thing… once you login, please check your listed Phone numbers. There is both a “Landline” and a “Mobile phone” field. SMS messaging has proven to be one of the most efficient ways to carry out simple updates and pass on notifications. For example, upcoming domain renewals.

In order to take advantage of some of the new conveniences we have planned for you, please make sure your Mobile number is listed in the correct field. YES… you will always have the option to OPT OUT of any such notices. NO, we will not bother you or waste your time with nuisance messages… that would entirely defeat the purpose.
