One less thing to worry about
Your email shouldn't depend on Gmail

What happens to your email when forwarding fails?
Quick question: When was the last time an important email went missing or showed up late?
If you're forwarding your unique and personal domain email to another service, there's a good chance it's happened more than you realize. The tricky part is – you often don't know what you didn't receive.
Forwarding creates a chain, and chains break at their weakest link. Maybe Gmail decides your forwarded message looks "suspicious." Maybe Yahoo's servers hiccup. Maybe the message just... vanishes into the void.
Here's the thing: You don't need that extra link.
Your MyMail inbox at mymail.[yourdomain].com connects you directly to your email – no middleman, no detours, no wondering if something got lost along the way.
Same familiar interface. Same easy access. Just fewer things that can go wrong.
Give it a try: mymail.[yourdomain].com
1) Make sure to go to the Support Desk in the Client Centre and ask us to hook up your MyMail interface.
2) Then login at mymail.[yourdomain].com. FAQ questions and instructions are on the COOLCOM website at https://coolcom.com/mymail-faq

P.S. Still want copies going to your personal Gmail or alternate “big box” address? We can set that up as a backup – but let MyMail be your primary workspace where nothing slips through the cracks.
