Let’s Talk Email

A quick review…

Tuesday we talked about major hosting service providers jumping ship on email provision and farming out to larger conglomerate systems like Microsoft. This isn’t about chopping those systems down. Fact is, they’ve taken on a service of major importance, and of course… treat it with the responsibility it deserves... or at least as economically as is feasible.

What this is more about is personalization and detail… asking yourself if you’re getting the individualize attention and service you might benefit more from… or if you’re content being part of the herd. It’s a very large herd indeed.

The other consideration is price and value. Are there elements you haven’t considered… are you really in control… do you get the answers you deserve when something pops up?

GOOGLE, if you haven’t already heard, has made it clear that there are certain records now REQUIRED in your DNS to better ensure the deliverability of your email.
