Everyone’s busy, so let’s get right at it…

These next few newsies will be small and direct… we want to tell you about some changes, and it’s best to keep those kinds of things short and sweet. It’s all good news…

The cPanel backends are being changed out for smarter, cleaner and faster SPanels. We love ‘em… you will too. In order to do that, we have to change servers… so that’s going to start happening in the next day or two. In most cases, this should be seamless… and we will take care of everything.

The first moves will be off coolcloud501.coolcom.com, so if you check your current hosting cPanel (login to your Client Centre), it will indicate if you are on that server.

Please take note… IF one of these is relevant:

• Your domain uses our name servers, but is in an alternate domain registry (not with COOLCOM)

• You use outside name servers to point to COOLCOM services

… then we will need your assistance in making changes. So, if your account is currently on coolcloud501.coolcom.com and has one of the above conditions, get in touch (you can reply to this newsletter) and we’ll co-ordinate the changes with you. We’ll also be reaching out.
