Sometimes the best way to get a message across…

… is to set an example. In this case, I want to show you the real advantages that can come from implementing some of the new tech that is making its way into our businesses and freeing up our time by taking over some of the repetitive tasks.

SO… while we work on some new chatbots for COOLCOM, I want to give someone the opportunity to get in on the trial run.

If you haven’t already been made aware, one of the fabulous new tools AI is making available, is the ability to set up an automated (I love automation, and you will too) response system on your website or sales page. It adopts a persona (which you give it) and addresses visitor questions w/o you having to lift a finger… and it does this 24 hours a day for pennies.

Now… you may have already run into some of these “chat bots” on various commercial sites and been less than impressed with the quality of the replies… or even the fact they seem to get “jammed” by a question they can’t answer.

Well we all need training, and in most cases, it’s just a case of bad training… or a lack of it. I can promise you we are going to give these hardworking new assistants all the training and love they require. Yes, this is going to be a bit of a trial run, so your bot is going to get a lot of attention.

There is little doubt that change… in fact massive change… is hitting the web. But like all change, we’re in the introductory stage. There are loads of good programs and incredible innovation, and there’s a fair share of the questionable as well. Stick with me now and I will be your guide.

If we are to open up our businesses to the universe of clients out there who need our particular services, then we want to make access to us as inviting as possible. No one wants to wait… and we don’t want to keep potential clients waiting. If they’ve made the time to find us on the net, then we want to reward them quickly with answers.

A 24 hour a day chatbot loaded with all those answers can be indispensable when it comes to creating immediate interest.
